RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Our returns, refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase and an indication of whether you wish to refund or exchange the item. This should be mailed to: 10 Loris Road, London W6 7QA. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within five working days.
